Steel Tube Grade X42
X-grade steel tube in API 5L is mainly used for line pipe or other pipes used in special environment application. In these place, the corrosion issue is severe. Or the pressure may be very higher. So, high requirements on raw materials and on steel tube process. And there will be more inspection test needed to ensure the steel tube quality, too.
Steel Tube Grade X42 Description:
1.Inspection:chemical composition and mechanical properties analysis;UT; hydrostatic test,dimensional and visual inspection. If DWT is required, we can do DWT, too.
2.Surface treatment:Varnish, Oiled. And we can do FBE, 3PE, 3PP external coating as well as internal coating per given specification.
3.Packing:
a).Small diameter: hexagonal packing, packed by steel strip into bundles,warped by plastic bags, each bundle with two white nylon lifted sling.
b).large diameter In bulk packing.
c).Or as customers’ requirement.
4.Port:Tianjin ,China
5.Delivery time: 30 days or so, but according to the quantity.
