SOUTH LYON, MICH. & SHARON, PA. — Michigan Seamless Tube, LLC (“MST” or “the Company”), a leading manufacturer of high-quality carbon and alloy seamless cold-drawn tube and pipe, and Wheatland Tube, North America’s leading standard and sprinkler pipe producer, today announced that MST has acquired the exclusive rights to the prestigious Blue Diamond® brand of A106 seamless pressure pipe from Wheatland Tube. As a result of this transaction, MST is now the sole domestic producer of this specialty pipe to the North American steel market.

Since 2012, MST has served as the sole manufacturer of A106 pipes for Wheatland Tube, providing the necessary materials for Wheatland Tube to offer threaded and coupled pipes with a Blue Diamond® finish. MST’s acquisition of the Blue Diamond® brand makes it the premier American destination for all A106 products.
