According to statistics released by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), China’s seamless steel pipe output totaled 2.846 million tons in June, reaching the highest monthly level of 2014 while down by 0.5% in comparison of the record high of 2.853 million tons in June, 2013.
In June, the country’s daily output of seamless steel pipes averaged at 94,880 tons, rising by 7% from a month ago.
In the first half of this year, the country’s seamless steel pipe output amounted to 15.8 million tons, rising by 4% year on year.
